Since 2021, Just Meat Smoke & BBQ has been bringing the bold, unapologetic flavours of American pit-smoked barbecue to Waltham Cross -- with one crucial difference. Every single cut is 100% Halal.
Our meats are rubbed with a house-made spice blend, then smoked low and slow for up to 14 hours until the bark cracks, the pink smoke ring runs thick, and the aroma hits you from the car park. This is not fast food. This is food worth the wait.
